FAQs
Is the Learning Tower safe for toddlers?
Yes. A wide, anti-tip base and three enclosing safety rails (two come off as your child grows) keep your child secure, and every tower is independently lab-tested to Canadian toy-safety standards (CCPSA, SOR/2011-17).
Important safety information. No learning tower is a substitute for adult supervision. Always keep your child within arm's reach and in view while the tower is in use, and never leave a child unattended, even for a moment. Use it only on a flat, level, stable surface, well away from stovetops, ovens, hot surfaces, sharp objects, cords and other hazards, and keep it back from the edge of counters, stairs and windows. One child at a time, up to the 100 lb (45 kg) limit. The tower is not a toy or a climbing frame. Your child should climb in and out only by the front step, as intended, and must never climb up the sides, back or rails of the tower. Tighten all hardware before the first use and check it every few months, as wood naturally moves over time. Stop using the tower if any part becomes loose, worn, cracked or damaged. Recommended for children aged 18 months and older who can stand and climb steadily on their own.
