Order Processing Time
We work hard to get your order out quickly — most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. Pre-orders follow the estimated shipping window displayed on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 CAD, anywhere in Canada. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible:
- Québec & Ontario: 3–5 business days
- Other provinces & territories: 3–9 business days depending on location

Shipping & Tracking
We partner with trusted carriers — UPS, Purolator, Canpar, and Canada Post (for P.O. boxes) — to ensure reliable, timely delivery across Canada. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Carriers are selected based on your delivery address.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We take great care to make sure your order arrives safely. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at within 7 days of the expected delivery date — we'll make it right. We'll handle the carrier claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund. You're covered until your order is safely in your hands.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, the entire order ships once all items are available. Please refer to the estimated shipping window shown on each product page for pre-order items, as these timelines may vary. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order. Local Pickup
We offer local pickup from our warehouse in Huntingdon, Québec. If you select this option at checkout, you'll be notified once your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
