30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied, return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. Return shipping is on us within this 30-day window. Just send it back in resalable condition (gently used is fine). Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
Returns After 30 Days (up to 90 days)
You have up to 90 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition. After the first 30 days, return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Defective or Damaged Product
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to report a damaged or defective part or product, so please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we'll propose an appropriate solution, which may include:
- Replacement part(s)
- Product replacement
- Partial or full refund, depending on the situation

- Clear photos of the damage or defect
Please note: Wood is a natural material that is susceptible to marking. Variations in grain, colour, knots or texture are natural phenomena in wood products. These unique variations and marks reflect the quality of the material and are in no way defects.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
