Simply wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the natural wood finish.

At Little Treasures, we offer a price adjustment if a general promotion is launched within 14 days of your purchase. To qualify: The item must be the same (model, color, etc.), Your purchase must have been made directly through our website, The promotion must be a public offer (not a flash sale, personalized code, or exclusive offer). Simply contact us with your order number and a link to the promotion, and we'll be happy to apply the adjustment if the criteria are met.

At the moment, we ship across Canada.

All orders are shipped directly from our Canadian warehouse.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 CAD anywhere in Canada.

For orders under $100, shipping rates vary between $15 and $18, depending on the province.

All packages are shipped from our Canadian warehouse, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

We cover all return shipping costs for orders within Canada.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label, simply attach it to your package and drop it off.

We usually process return requests within 48 hours after receiving your package.

Refunds are then issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
